PREMIER LEAGUE (1st) v Longford - Lost by 10 wickets

The lads experienced their first loss of the season, and it was a big one.
First up with the bat we lost too many early wickets and we couldn't fully recover despite a gritty knock from Jon Lefevre (38 off 98 balls) and some lower-order double-figure scores.
With the ball, Longford had all the time in the world and was never rushed in chasing down the 120 needed for victory in 24.1 overs.

A-GRADE - BLACK (4th) v Perth - won by 8 wickets

A superb bowling display from Dion "Ace" Beams helped set up a comfortable victory post-the break.
Bowling first, we managed to dismissed Perth for double-figures thanks to Beams' 5-9 off eight, Ash Smith (2-18) and Harwinder Bhangu (3-7).
In reply, we only needed four batsmen with Ivo Agostini (32*) and Matt Green (33) doing most of the leg work.

A-GRADE - RED (6th) v Legana - Won by 69 runs

A solid team effort brought home the chocolates on Saturday.
In posting 191 Nathan Balym (61) posted another half century while is opening partner Nick Price (43) fell just short in leading the charge.
And in defence, it was Tom Walker (4-23), Pricey (3-15), Josh Walker (2-27) and Alan Eadie (1-2) that ensured we walked away from St Pats Oval with a valuable four points.

B-GRADE (5th) v Trevallyn lost by 7 wickets

Up against a solid B-grade outfit we struggled with the bat, finishing 9-109.
Clint Pease (24), Adrian Hinds (16) and Andrew Wynter (17*) were the main contributors facing some good bowling.
With the ball, Will Reeve (3-29) was the only one to break through despite all of our bowlers bending their backs and bowling tightly.

C-GRADE (5th) v Evandale - won by 9 wickets

In a vital clash and need to improve on recent performances, the boys delivered with a grand team effort.
Jason Thomas (1-16), Mat Williams (2-32), Ged Neskovcin (2-24), Tayne Thomas (1-21), Martin Dicker (1-9) and Damon Prince (1-18) all managed to break through and restrict Evandale to 8-139.
In reply, Jason Thomas (61*) and Nick Young (12) got us to 40 before the loss of the first wicket.
Corey Martin (44*) joined Jas at the crease and the pair saw us home with a 100-run partnership in 31 overs.

UNDER-16s v Trevallyn - won
A Zac Reissig knock of 83 steered the boys to a very competitive 3-144, thanks to some good support from Josh Dean (21) and Max Reissig (15).
In defence, Max collected 5-9 while Ethan Sherwood (2-19), Kristian House (1-6) and Zac Reissig (1-14) all picked up on each.
